Information you provide

When you request product updates or submit PGI feedback, we may collect your name, email address, role, feedback, consent choice, and the page or event where you submitted the form. PGI feedback also includes optional answers about how often you shoot shows, what you would pay for a kit, and what would stop you from buying.

How we use information

• Send the product and release updates you requested.
• Review feedback and understand customer needs, product configuration, and operator expectations.
• Respond to questions and protect the site from misuse.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

Email consent and your choices

We send marketing or research email only when you affirmatively consent. You can unsubscribe through the link in an email or through our unsubscribe page. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@skyglow.tech.

Storage and service providers

We use service providers, including Cloudflare, to host the site and store form submissions on our behalf. They process information under their own service terms and security practices. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.

Website security and Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to distinguish people from automated abuse. When Turnstile runs, Cloudflare may process technical signals such as your IP address, browser information, connection characteristics, and the website you are visiting. Retention and security

We retain product-update preferences and feedback while they remain useful for the purposes described above, unless you ask us to delete them or a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This site, its product-update list, and its feedback forms are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
